Your daily contribution:

Implementation of HR process improvements
Orchestration of all entities involved in the business process
Optimizing workflows in alignment with the legal requirements
Creation and maintenance of process documents
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives
Development, documentation, and execution of training content

Your profile:

Master or bachelor's degree preferably in HR or Business field
Multiple years of proven experience in operations and business process analysis in the field of HR
Preferably experience in ERP implementation programs
Strong professional experience in process documentation with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
Excellent communication and presentation skills
